The China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda announced that 13 giant pandas have settled into its new Mianyang base as of November 4, 2025. The Mianyang China Giant Panda Garden will open to the public once the animals have adjusted to their new home.
The group includes three pandas returned from overseas: Hua Bao and Jin Bao Bao from Finland, and Yi Yi from Malaysia. (HuaBao, JinBaoBao, YiYi)
